The Position

Full-Time Position

We are seeking a professional dog groomer with 5+ years of experience working as a groomer, who is interested in delivering exceptional grooming services, and managing the daily operations of the shop. During the first 90 days of employment, our Grooming Manager will focus on establishing themself as a high-performing groomer while becoming familiar with managing daily workflows, ensuring quality services are being delivered, and our groomers and staff are supported. At the end of this probationary 90-day period, the Grooming Manager’s performance, reliability, professionalism, leadership skills, and ability to support day-to-day shop operations will be formally evaluated.

The Grooming Manager will be compensated with 60% commission. Grooming Manager earns 10% commission more than Groomers, this 10% increased commission compensates for the additional management responsibilities.
